Payment & Privacy policies are shared by the Firefly Collective.  Each store owner also has their own policies covering shipping and products.

The Firefly Collective is "First To Checkout".  This means, until you have completed the checkout process, items can be taken from your cart.  So, be quick!

Unfortunately, shipping between stores cannot be combined.  The WAHMs behind the Firefly Collective live all over Australia.  Please understand that the Collective is not a single store, but several of your favourite stores all in the one place.

Payments

You may find OOAK, limited edition or special products listed on the Firefly Collective that are not found on the maker’s own website; therefore, to be fair to all, Paypal is our only payment method; only funded and credit card payments through Paypal will be accepted.  Please check each store's policy on E-cheques. Payments not received at the time of purchase will be returned to stock.

Privacy

When purchasing at our store, you will create an account that stores your information. This is so that the next time you shop with us you will simply log in. Your information is strictly confidential. We use this for your convenience, and to process our orders only.

Please be aware, that although we are individual stores, our marketplace is a collective of us all. We share an email address, a Paypal account & admin duties of our Congo Cart store. Therefore, we all have access to all information regarding Firefly Collective customers; orders, payment information, canceled orders, email and more. We will respect your privacy and will keep all your contact information confidential, including orders, email address and personal addresses. We will not hand over information to a 3rd party, unless required by law.


Shipping

Shipping is via Australia post
Your items will be shipped promptly. In most cases within 48 hours

E-Cheques

I DO NOT accept PayPal E-Cheques.  Your payment will be cancelled immediately and item relisted.

HYENAing

If you are purchasing on behalf of someone else, you are responsible for payment.

Items are sent to the address on the Congo Cart invoice ONLY


Returns and Guarantee

 Bubba Moo is proud to provide a quality product. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange items within 14 days of the purchase date.  Workmanship is guaranteed for 3 months,  I will repair or replace any faults as long as proper care instructions have been followed.

Custom orders are NON returnable due to items being specifically made to your specifications.
Seconds and Clearance items are sold as is, with no returns.
Please email me before returning the item.
Goods will only be exchanged if returned unwashed and unused. You will be responsible for postage, unless there is a fault with the product ( I will refund postage costs).

Shipping

All shipping is via Australia Post - postage is a flat rate of $6.00 per order.
In stock products will be shipped within 3 days of payment being received. Unfortunately Pick Up of your purchase is not available

Returns

Please check the sizing page carefully. The sizing of nappies made with the Darling Diapers Pattern is fairly different to a lot of other nappies on the market. You may find that your child who fits a large in every nappy you buy will fit a medium Flattery Nappy. Please take careful notice of the sizing information (not limited to the weight) - your child's measurements are more important. For example if your child is bigger around the waist than the largest waist measurement for a size, the nappy will be too big and may not work properly. It is your responsibility to make sure you are purchasing the correct size as returns will not be accepted on the basis of fit.

Guarantee

Products manufactured by me have a 6 month guarantee strictly dependent on following of care instructions and proof of purchase being provided. The guarantee is only available to the original customer. If an item is not cared for in accordance with my recommendations I cannot offer the guarantee and will not accept returns. In the event of a workmanship fault, please contact me directly.
Rectification in accordance with the guarantee will be as follows.
Option 1: Repair of fault
Option 2: Replacement of Item
Option 3: Refund of purchase price



E-Cheques

I do not except PayPal E-Cheques.  Any purchases made with an E-Cheque will be refunded.

Shipping

  All orders are shipped via Registered Post.  Shipping costs are charged at actual post rates.  Any significant overcharges will be refunded.

Refunds/Exchanges

Due to the nature of nappies, I do not offer refunds/exchanges for any reason, except faulty products.  Please choose wisely.  Sizing charts can be found in the information menu on the home page, under the respected nappy.  If you have any questions regarding size, please email me, I can help! 

Guarantee

I take great pride in my work and offer a 3 month guarantee on the nappy, itself.  In the unlikely event of a fault in the nappy, please contact me ASAP.  We can work something out.  This guarantee covers original purchaser only. 

Re-selling

In the event that you resell my products, please state in your listing any modifications made to the pattern/product.

 
  Please keep in mind that I am a mom to 2 little ones, sometimes things don't go as planned. 

All items are made in a smoke and pet free home.



Shipping and Postage

All orders made through the Firefly Collective are sent Registered via Australia Post at a flat rate of $7.50

In-stock items are generally sent within 24-48 hours of your payment being made or cleared.  Please keep in mind that direct deposits take 1-2 business days to clear.  If there are any delays with your order being posted, you will be contacted via email. 

Warranty

 I take pride in the workmanship and materials of the nappies I make.  As such, I offer a 6 month guarantee on all nappies that have been cared for as per the instructions given.  This includes the snaps, fabric and elastic.

In the unlikely event that you should find a problem with your nappy within the guarantee period, please contact me on peggy@fluffybubs.com.au prior to sending it back.  I will either replace or repair your nappy at my discretion, or hopefully find a solution to the problem.

 This warranty is limited to the original owner of the nappy and proof of purchase will be required.  Normal wear and tear and leakage will not be covered unless there is a defect in the nappy.


 

Guarantee/Refunds/Returns

There's a few things you should know before you purchase from Green Bums.  I take great care with my work, but I'm only human and sometimes I make mistakes.  If your Green Bums nappy has a fault, please let me know and I will do whatever I can to rectify the situation.  Exchanges are not permissable due to the nature of the product, refunds are not issued except where required by law.

Prices on this website are in Australian dollars.  Postage applies to Australian addresses only.  If you are purchasing from overseas please contact us first to get a quote for postage costs.

Guarantee/Returns

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product/s then please contact me as soon as possible upon receiving your item (s) so that I can work with you to discuss & obtain a satisfactory outcome. Returns of clothing items will be accepted for equivocal exchanges provided the items have not been worn/are returned in the condition they were received in and within 7 days at the customers expense, unless faulty. Please choose carefully as I cannot exchange for 'changes of mind'.
Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on any artwork, wipes or Spilt-Milk Rounds unless deemed faulty.


Postage

Is at the customers expense, artwork is sent via registered post.  Postage from WA can take 7-10 days to reach Eastern States. I post once a week on a Tuesday and I will always endeavor to post your items as soon as possible.  Registered post is available at your request and required on orders of $50 and over.  Unfortunately, I cannot take responsibility for the services of Australia Post (though I've only lost 1 set of wipes which is a pretty good strike rate, thanks Aus Post!)

I am a Mum to two little fairies, my first loves, so I work at nights only. Sometimes delays may be inevitable due to mothering duties or sickness, but to date I have been successful in completing and delivering all orders on time!!

Postage  $2.00 per pad and 50c for each additional pad.

Guarantee/Returns

Due to the personal nature of the product I cannot accept returns of goods unless the product is faulty. All my products have a 3 month workmanship guarantee, and a lifetime guarantee on snaps. If you do find a fault with your product please contact me as soon as possible at littleskyhandmade@yahoo.com.au.


All my products are made in a smoke free home. I do have a fat and and lazy ginger cat called Harry, but he likes to sleep in my bedroom cupboard all day, far away from my sewing room and fabrics.

If any delays are expected we will let you know as soon as possible. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, although most orders will arrive much sooner than this.


Returns/ Warranty

If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it to me in brand new, unused and unwashed condition within 30 days. I will provide you with a refund, minus actual postage and handling costs when we receive the nappies and confirm that they are in new, unwashed condition. Your refund will be issued to you via the same method that you paid.
Returns policy only applies to the original purchaser.All items are fully guaranteed for 60 days. This guarantee is void if care instructions have not been followed or if the item has been misused in any way. Please contact us immediately should you discover a defect and we will decide whether to repair the item or replace it.

 



Widdlewuns is a one woman operation. Every single aspect is done be me, myself & I. I am a WAHM with 3 small children so when purchasing from me you are accepting the fact that my family comes first and foremost and sometimes delays are totally unavoidable and can occur (however rarely). I do however go out of my way for each and every one of you so I hope that your shopping experience with me is a positive one.

Our main goal at Nic Naps is to make cloth nappies fun and easy! But to keep it all running smoothly we do have a few guidelines.

Exchange

We do not offer refunds or exchange on Firefly Collective items unless there is a manufacturing fault that isn't mentioned prior to purchase.

Faulty Products

The sewing on our nappies has a 6 month guarantee and faulty items will be exchanged at no cost to the buyer.


Payment
 
We accept paypal only, expected at time of purchase.


Postage

We do not charge handling charges, so give you the cheapest option available. Items will be posted within 48 hours of payment clearing. Please note we are not responsible for Australia Posts' actions, so all Firefly Collective items are sent registered at a flat rate of $7.50.


Receipts

To help protect the environment we do not send out paper receipts with orders. We are happy to send out an email receipt if you request it.


Privacy:

All customer details are kept confidential and will only be used to finalise your order.
